FCIA’s Commercial Contractor Forums are bringing flooring commercial contractors together across Australia to openly discuss the challenges facing the sector and identify practical ways to address them.
Building on the success of the South Australian Commercial Contractors Forum, these state-based forums provide an opportunity to share experiences, exchange ideas and have a meaningful voice on the issues affecting commercial flooring businesses.
Discussions may cover managing builder pressures, navigating complex contracts, lifting industry standards and professionalism, apprenticeships and training, retaining the next generation, finding skilled installers, and the support contractors need from FCIA.
The forums will also showcase the Commercial Contractors Reference Guide and Checklist developed by the South Australian group.
